NOTE: Please review your order before approval and purchase!!

For a full refund of the product purchase price, your return order must be received within 7-10 days of purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, however we will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of  Natural High Hemp (ex. you received an incorrect or damaged item). This ONLY applies to non edible items such as apparel and  accessories, Ex: tray, grinders, vapes or anything of that nature.  CBD digestible items must come back unopened and unused in order to receive a FULL refund. No sample pack items can be returned for a refund.

Under no circumstances will a refund be processed without proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) included. All returns must be returned to  Natural High Hemp customer service address provided via email confirmation with requested RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please allow 5-7 business days ( In some cases it may take two weeks) to receive your refund or the time allowed per your banking institution  before it  appears on the customer’s bank statement .
There is a 25% restocking fee.  Upon cancellation of product or merchandise please cancel within 24 hours of purchase, and please allow a 24-72 hour turnaround or 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
